Good used condition, needs a cleaning, but otherwise set is nearly complete. Set comes with everything shown, the following are known missing items:
*1 clear window attachment for the downstairs window
*1 red round brick - baby play toy
*1 baby hat
* base/handle part of the hair dryer (White Minifigure, Utensil Loudhailer / Megaphone / SW Blaster)
* a few red and yellow flowers
* includes 2 curtain rods, but I think set might have come with 3
more parts could be missing but that's all I can tell from the instructions. Set comes with deco book, instructions, and all the accessories shown. Item will be shipped unassembled.
